Two high-definition cameras will be fastened to the International Space Station’s underbelly in the coming months to provide earthlings with some of the cleanest images of their planet from an orbit-eye view.
According to a report in National Geographic, the cameras were part of the cargo on the Russian Soyuz spacecraft that launched into orbit on Monday.

Once operational, Canadian company UrtheCast will stream the first “near-live” HD video of earth.
